Notice is hereby given that Martinsville Water Utility
(Utility) has filed a request with the Indiana Utility
Regulatory Commission (IURC) to increase certain
non-recurring charges of the Utility. Approval of the
filing is expected approximately thirty days after filing.
The proposed increases are for non-recurring charges only
and do not affect retail water rates.
Objections to Utility’s request should be
submitted to the Secretary of the Commission, IURC, National
City Center, 101 West Washington St., Suite 1500 E,
Indianapolis, IN 46204 or to the Indiana Office of Utility
Consumer Counselor, National City Center, 115 W. Washington
