The officers of the Martinsville
Police Department are dedicated to serving the City of
Martinsville. Preserving the peace, Protecting life
and property, and Enforcing the laws for which we are sworn
to uphold our departmental objectives to help guarantee a
quality of life that the citizens of Martinsville
deserve. Our officers strive to provide the Citizens
of Martinsville with the highest quality of police services
possible and accomplish the Department's mission while
helping develop the community into a safer place to live.
The Martinsville Police Department currently sponsors a
Clothe-A-Child Program assisting needy children in the community.
According to the Uniform Crime Reports kept by the Federal Bureau
of Investigation (FBI), the City of Martinsville is
considered one of the safest cities of its size.
